Corporate Coaching
Vocal Play Workshops
Corporate Voice Coaching is not only about learning public speaking skills (although that can be a benefit). The foundation of a healthy and flexible voice is breath, and breath starts with the body. Corporate workplaces can create challenges to the body such as stress, postural issues and vocal and physical burnout. All of these will affect the breath, which powers the voice. Through participating in a Vocal Play Workshop, you will learn the basics of healthy body organisation, full and energising breath techniques, and vocal health and support.
Why?There may be a number of reasons for scheduling a Vocal Play Workshop for your staff. Whatever your needs and objectives are, I will design a workshop specifically for you. Public speaking may be an important part of your industry - your staff will participate in practical exercises to engage an audience, access a full and supported breath, and develop confidence and calm in the moment of speaking.
Your workplace might require a high level of verbal communication (for example teaching or sales) and your staff may have vocal health concerns. We would focus then on exercises to provide power to the voice without creating unnecessary strain. I will consult with you and ensure that the workshop I facilitate meets your needs in a fun, safe and supportive environment. |
